Implementation Engineers is seeking high energy, versatile Management Consultant with an extensive history of practiced experience designing and implementing Management Operating Systems across multiple industries, with solid cross-functional experience in operations, maintenance, process engineering and supply chain for both short-term and long-term contract work (Travel Required)

Salary: Implementation Engineer job postings offer Consultant (1099) and Employee (W2) agreements, therefore the salary range shown may vary per arrangement as well as candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Travel: 70-75% Mon-Fri to various clients

The successful candidate will lead our Implementation Engineering teams to:

• Define and implement specific Management Operating Systems for our clients to better control the flow of work and production
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets at all levels
• Identify and quantify inefficiencies in an operating system
• Obtain reliable data and set detailed targets to improve performance through all processes, systems, roles, and structures
• Implement reviews at all levels of the organization from the shop level to C-Level
• Coaching extensively throughout the entire process

Additional Qualifications:

• BS, Engineering or technical discipline
• Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean certifications required; Master Black belt preferred
• Minimum 10 years of leading large-scale implementation projects required. PMP a plus
• Prior consulting experience required
• Change Management Certification preferred – CCMF, Prosci, CMS, CCMP
• Excellent data analysis and statistical skills
• Knowledge of Requisite Organizational Design methods preferred
• Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills
• Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
• Travel to various client sites required
