Lead Analyst

Travel: 70-75% (willing to travel to various project sites)
Job Description:
Implementation Engineers is seeking an experienced Lead Analyst with strong project management, problem-solving and financial modeling skills. Candidates must be seasoned professionals who have successfully identified, led and managed high impact improvement projects both operationally and organizationally. Candidate’s must have an instinctive ability to quickly understand the strategic direction of clients, the ability to quickly gather data, analyze what is being discovered, and construct the path forward required for client success. You must be able to convey perception, data, and observations into a cohesive narrative which allows clients to understand their current state, know the path to success, and trust it is achievable. Prior experience across multiple industries, including Food, Aerospace, Hi-Tech, Pharmaceuticals, Mining, Chemical, Metal Processing or Automotive is preferred with solid cross-functional experience in Operations, Maintenance, Process Engineering and Supply Chain.
